At a press conference in Cologne, Patrick Schmeing and Martin Richter (Cologne Gürzenich Orchestra), Dieter Oehms (OehmsClassics), and Dmitri Kitaenko presented the final SACD in this successful Tchaikovsky cycle, which has enjoyed tremendous interest at both national and international level thus far. The SACD includes two rarities: the Seventh Symphony and the Third Piano Concerto (Soloist: Lilya Zilberstein). This exceedingly fruitful and successful artistic collaboration between Dmitri Kitaenko and the long-standing Cologne orchestra continues this year with a Rachmaninoff cycle.  The first CD is scheduled for release on OehmsClassics in autumn 2014.
